Once again one week is gone jus like tat... one bad news for me is tat my POP is confirm delay for 2 weeks all thanks to the OCT... Anyway, i do enjoy myself as usual tis week but maybe is the weather is tat cooling all out of the sudden... i felt kind of restless and sleepy... hahha... Went to sentosa and played a whole day of fiskbee... and all the jokes there is super damn classic...
i hav to apologise to the american lady tat i hit wit my fiskbee... is a clear head shot somemore...

Finally holiday... YES SIA!!!
It's been a interesting week... Cos i am now offically a first aid officer...
interesting part is tat we applied tat skill after we got the cert cos there is a guy from the fit squad faint in front of us during morning parade... A funny scene...
They hav the guts to call themselves fit squad but they don noe how to take care of themselves...
o ya i realise one thing... I lose 8kg up to date and i have became better, faster and stronger...

I am tired of everything happening to me... In NS, i force myself to the limit and wat i got in the end... nothing but my tired body and mind... i hav been trying to prove myself but i can't even found my own motivation to continue on... i heard words like "Aiya... few more months onli...", "Hang in there... U will be fine..." etc... i don noe y but i felt tat even words can't make me feel better...
I am sick and tired of the training there and how ppl interact there... i noe i been lucky enough to hav a good FI and OC Squad... But those ppl out there is making me sick... Even ppl can fight for a boom... YES I NOT KIDDING U... One side is onli being nice to remind tat bastard tat he need to notice the owner of tat boom tat they r using but he choose to talk back as if he been punched...
i seriously can't even get a good laugh this few weeks giving tat so much hav happened... Even worst, i can't even console myself when i trying to console someone else... how idiot am i... ALright... it's has been a unlucky week for me... first is the smoking incident tat accused my squad for nothing... sec i hurt my right shoulder... felt the pain once a while.... Third, my food posioning incident cost me to feel TAT fucking weak... Fourth cos of everything happening, i've have been feeling low or shd i say not happy at all for the past week...

Beside tat, i am in the top 15 for playing the police division bball... Hope i can play for HTA... Although is tired, i will still try...

OKOK... i admit... i suddenly fall in love wit dragonica online... haha... is like love in first sight man... the gameplay is like maple but better then maple... As i mention, the reason i don like maple is tat it look too childish... but for this case... no mushroom instead better concept of enemies... haha... Call me a idiot but i play it and i like it... thanks dennis and gang to train me to lvl 10... haha i got a hang of it liao... :)

finally i been in HTA for a month... Next week is the arm training... YES Sia!!!
But last week i am damn disappointed... i fail my 2.4km run despite passing all the station...
Yes of cos i felt so wasted and i kind of feeling low tat nite... Lucky enough, we have 4 test to take be4 pop so i hav to work hard for my sliver...

Fri met up wit the old PA gang... As usual, we r talking alot of craps... hahaha... Fun though...

Life in HTA jus got a bit better now... BMT starting tmr and ippt is next... Hoping to get a pass first is the main aim tis week... By the looks of ytd game i had, i gain back my confidence for my body although i still need more training...

Beside looking toward BMT next week, i felt kinda of low ytd when i am in gym... So i decide to take a walk down bugis street be4 heading home... Watched the wedding singer last nite on Channel 5... After watching, i suddenly rmb two cases happen to my friends tir yr... One is my good buddy... Lucky tat ended well... Back together...

finally i been resting for a longer period... I taken 2 days off to hav a short break... haha... This two days i been either playing game or i am at bball court...
I noe is kind of no life but the super money saving schema is in process... LOL...

Life.... tis is something everyone will talk abt everyday... A life cycle completed when a heart stop its function... But ever wonder if human are born onli fulfill the lifecycle onli???
A report from few weeks ago shown tat singaporean teen is not enjoying their life which i understand.... When we are studying, we wonder abt money... After studies, we wonder how to get a job... After getting a job, we wonder when can we promote... After Promotion, we wonder how to get higher... Tis situation may sound familiar to some guys and to me oso... I wondered if one who like to work or to live a lifestyle of no worries...
For example for me, while ppl is resting after every exam, i start working and when ppl stop working a week be4 sch starts, i choose to stay behind to finish it... When come to proj in sch, i am aiming high so i choose to stay up at nights to do watever i can do... i am not tryint to act noble or some holy guy but telling the truth...
I am hoping for breaks of cos... even for now, i am working and i did not hav any holidays till now... My bro keep saying "rest for wat ,no use" but did he even wonder tis is the time i can hav fun as a teen for the last time and after NS, i am in the offical working class...
Time after time i been tryin to search for a time out but it seem tat my bro keep rejecting it...

Tmr i hav start work again... Ah! hate monday but i love my job... hahah...
weekends been fun and tiring myself... hahah... Thurs we having my normal and short bball game wit my guys... Tat day is a veri normal day to me after dinner...

It was a relax yet tired day... i don really exp rest in the weekend... i completely nearby drop my head on my desk today... From the company, i went down to simple digital again and to LTC... i came back wit sweat... hahha....
After work, mingz decide to play ball... so i called a couple guys down... called li ming cos he is the one can train mingz lots...
however, li ming pointed out that i needed more moves... i realise tat... One move can not used more then 3 times... Tat is one thing i wan to improve on and of cos my low post move... i am getting to no where... haiz... Time ken take ur time... HAHAH....

After i meet up wit the PA guys... I met shermin first and went to bought Marley and Me novel... Haha... Finally more books to read... I realise after grad, i suddenly interested in reading novels...
I am a slow reader but i enjoying the novel... Like the current Angel and Demon i reading... I enjoying the every scene the author trying to bring in and it was perfectly done...

Hav a super ex meal wit them and doing some catch up at TCC... It was fun to see all the familiar faces i used to hav fun wit...

the day is damn hot today... i hav prob to relax in the office cos of the weather... Work is abt the same... Things going to move fast... been talking to printers and CD duplication ppl for the past the two days to grab a good deal... was fun though...

Serene called again... i was surprise abt tat... wat more surprise is tat i earn some commission after finding yuyuan and joffre a job... I although hav a thought of having a guy and a gal... cos she need a speaker to anoun stuff... So i thought of having alina and yuyuan... First, they know each other long enough and alina know how to speak up... i in need of tat kind of person... but too bad she can not make it so i left with no choice but called yuyuan to make his choice... good luck to u guys...
She called me today becos of another job intro... Tis time 15 ppl... good god... Need to find tons of guys and gals but i need to finalise a couple stuff... like tat i the can give interested peers the job... But warning to all poly guys, tis job is from 4 may to 8 may which fall on mon to fri... tink of it carefully... and the pay is quite sux... but 5 per hr and 12 hr job... Cos i heard from serene tat her gal friend from hong kong is the organiser not her...

This two days i been through tons of sleep... Cos on sunday, i met the sunshine guys for a quick supper to welcome back Mr bao aka son of da bao... AHAHA... Welcome back bro...
after tat, me and fishball aka meatball aka yuyuan walked back and started talking craps and some others stuff...
Slept at 4am so don ask me how i work... I nearly drop dead in the office...
Come back, hav a shower and a decent meal... Slept at 9... Tat's it for monday...

Today i waked up and suddenly decided to read back Angels and Demon... After 4 yrs of not reading any novel, i started reading tat again... (Getting Marley and Me soon)
After work, i went to 223 and have a ball game wit bao and others...
My bro suddenly turned into a 3pts champion in tat court... Weird... HAHA...
I finally get a hang of doing jump shots after so many weeks and turn out pretty good...
But still, i am still trying to improve my low post moves (Tat is my primary weapon after all)...
Jump shot will onli serve me as a second choice of moves...
Anyway, grab some drinks after tat and reached home shortly... Good God, it feel shiok to hav a good shower after every game...

then i come across Marley and Me... So i watched it and the show seriously make me shred a tear... A couple sentence caught mine attention in the movie... The scene where marley was going to be buried... Jennifer Aniston knee down and take off the necklace she had with her for yrs... It is finally the weekends... Ytd was a bad day... For no reason, i feel distracted at work... I can not really focus at wat i am doing... Then as usual, me and my bro left early for bball session... Beside tat ass hole trying to prove he is a better man at fight... i am at fault as i am the one who fight back after his elbow hit my face... But good to know tat everyone don like him...

Ytd was fun beside tat... Met a couple yishun guys who invited us to play at their side... Seriously now i understand y i like tis place... The bond, the jokes, the game and passion we shared is wat i enjoy... i noe today is a monday but then something happened... My dad met a accident nearby jurong bird park... He told me the whole front rear chui and he is damn close to it... Thanks god, he onli suffer from a few cuts at his right hand... Wat so funny is i today called my dad abt changing my current hp plan... Then we talk like normal until i heard the background got ambulance and anounment sound then i asked my dad "where is he???" i guess if i don asked, my dad will jus keep slient abt it... So knowing he met the accident, me and my bro rush down to see how is he and after the treatment, we still need to go taffic police hq there for a investigation...
Lucky my dad is alright...

after my dad told me how close he come to injured his stomach and knee during the crush, i thought to myself tat i nearly lose him... O man... Talking abt life is a drama... Tat is no shit...

Man... Today is a fine day... I went to bball tis morning and it feel so shiok la... It seem like i playing well lately... Posing up, drive in, blocking shots, rebound and Jumpers... Tis week have been a good week... i learn tat i am grad from nyp and i did alot of bball... hahahha... Fri session went well only tat i don like my team member (I am not talking abt zs...)

i dl a couple of show tis week and i watch dragonball and DMC...
Dragonball is a huge disappointment man... But i like the chi chi... DAMN CHIO SIA... HAHAHAHAHA...
DMC is no doubt a funny show... all the action tat lead actor makes and the way they act in the show seriously will bring a laugh... I like the "No Music, No Dream" thing... Veri meaningful...

Finally i got my sleep after a shit week... Waking up fresh and make some french toast wit hotdogs for breakfast...
Although i still feel miserable for ytd incident, i guess everything shd be ok...

i went back to hong kah sec today to pay a visit... Well like Pei Qi say, npcc change alot... i can see tat when i was talking to mark... i feel like NPCC now is damn welfare la... We used to train from morning to nite for our camp but wat i saw is freaking sian la... Firstly the squad is abt 20 ppl onli... It used to be 100+ la... Secondly i know is their sec day but they look damn fresh la and they nvr show any sign of tired... Third we used to shout at ppl and give punishment whenever the cadets is not following orders... Wat i saw is they are talking softly and no sign of punishment at all...

Me chester and lok ping still tink our training is too chiong last time... And we do love those time back then... Now seeing NPCC is no longer like our NPCC any more... Sian...

Tis week is been a crazy week... the germans visits, the st thomas choir and etc...

i met the two forever late couple, Eileen and Ming... Hav a swim and hav the amk western for lunch... is another day i enjoyed... The sun tan, the food and the swim... the onli two things i dislike is the rainy weather and Watchmen...
And i thought it going to be a great show... Ended up the show last 3 hrs and i hav to leave half way... The show basically is damn boring la... TOO NAGGING...

Left AMK and took a cab to my beloved Mr Ong Lok Ping 21st birthday... i was surprise tat he called to invite me cos i nvr saw him like 4 yrs???
but at least got him a watch and meet up wit tons of old friends... i was surprise to see yu feng, yie ping and ke rui changed... In fact, they became more pretty... hahahah... same goes to pei chee of cos...

i been questioning myself at times... All the doubt, comments and mistakes i make lead me to changes... My knee injury and my times at low peak cost me a lot...

My game is make out of spin move, post up, rebounds, and drive in... And i am proud of wat i can do... I trained hard to let ppl feel my impact at the court and i did...
Staying at a spot is not wat i going to do... Improvement is always needed... I give u my words Ah bao... i will train hard and without u i still can lead to win matches... We can be the duo or best partners... But i realise sometime i hav to step in to make an important pass and shot...

i been doing some personal shooting drills today and i found out my prob...
first is my balance for my jump shot... i believe i used onli my rite knee to do it which i used to use two of my knee to jump...
sec is my fear for my rite knee to get injured again... ytd when we played, i have figure tat out and i need time to overcome the fear...
third is my body condition and change of strength, i did not do any strenght training since i injured... so if now i do a lay up and get foul, i am not able to finish the basket after the foul which i used to finish it...
hope fri i will get it rite tis time... haha...

in sch, life still sux... everyone noe tat... but at least i enjoy all the crap we talk abt... lol...

the stress and the fall

it is been a stressful week for me... firstly is the proj i been doing...
citect i noe wat is wrong wit it already... wms we have no idea how to continue wit it... and wed we learn the test methods... I need more sleep man... i slept tis week a total of less then 24 hr... veri tired...

went to the court to meet my sunshine squad... seriously, we are like the avengers... assemble at the court to destroy other team... and we can play like a team sometime and don... after sch, i suppose to go home and take a nap first... then i rmb i will confirm oversleep and then i suddenly feel so awake... so i give a call to eileen and realise they are at tao payoh.. going home is not a option for me so i went to meet them... But ended up we are at the library la... freak... of all places, y is the library???
then went home taking the packed train... as usual i was taking rocks to both of them but it was enjoyable... lol...
went to miss eileen house first as this lady is veri the troublesome... then went to the court played for a couple rounds... i felt damn emo la...
this injury cost me not to play like the last time... jie ming was complaining abt it... haix....

then today kevin came to my house for proj... and we try to do it but there is always a prob there... ahhhh!!!!
after it, i went down to de-stress myself... but ended up things got worst... my shooting percentage hit season down... it like 2/20 for the field goal... haix it was the worst performance after i injured... hope things will get better ... good thing is tat my knee doesn't hurt today...

it's been a while since i really enjoy myself and i jus did ytd... HAHA...
i wake up quite late and i have my usual meal before going for the hair cut...
when i reach the location at yew tee... the shop is actually a house and i firstly doubt whether tat lady could give me a good hair cut... Well it turn out pretty nice... Jus wat i wanted... Short but nice... LOL...

After the hair cut, jie ming of cos was wit me and we went to play ball... i went to his house to borrow some wax before going to the court... we two look so gay man... two guys at a room wit no one around... damn it...

we started playing from 430 and nas join us soon later... we have a good game and left abt 8pm... Freaking hell man... i am damn late for jing wen bday la... the bus is in a traffic jam and nas is taking his own sweet time...
i tink i hav oso spoiled the surprise when i reach CQ... i called weitian and damn hell he forever will not give the rite instruction man.. when i walked the pathway to meet them at fashion bar, hwee min's car is jus beside me... all the girls in tat car... damn hell... and jing wen is the first one to see me... freak man...

after reaching the bar, we hav fun and jing somehow is surprise... good to see all of them is around man... having them as frends is always a happy thing... :D

Well 2009 has jus kick off and i don feel tat good for tis yr rite now... firstly, my knee condition have cost me in my basketball game... when i playing wit my gang during a usually game... i found out i can not do spin all the time... after i do my usually post-up spin in for 4 or more time, my left knee started to hav tat sharp pain and i started to feel less active... haiz... i tink i need more time and more training...

next thing i feel uneasy for tis yr is my NS... ya now everyone shd noe i am in the pes bp... i hav a dream of me being in the army the day be4 and it ended up tat i injured my left knee badly... don noe wat happen, i saw myself in a wheelchair without my left leg and i started crying... hell shit...

Another day spend in sch and the sensei's place...
sch was boring as always... Nothing special...
after sch, off i go to chinatown to have another round of treatment... well, sam say i'm replying well to the medicine and the treatment... But wat sam did is super painful man... he say all my leg's 'point' close off and blood flow will be affected... So here we go again... and i learn something today... There is 4 points in our left leg tat affect the blood flow... he oso mention those ppl plays sports usually have the legs as hard as a rock like mine... So it's normal...

After one hr of pain, i am back walking and i felt better oso...
then i met my bro in his office for the first time... i got to met 2 offical partners for GCA oso... One guy is from Runup... They are the one who is responsible for the long quence for the panda toy at GCA 2008... Whoever is here shd rmb man... Another one is a 'middle man' for my bro...
alot of idea and chatting in a cafe... Seriously, the cafe is small but it is packed wit atmosphere... NICE... lol...

hey... i tink u guys have know tat i have injured my left knee...
Ytd i went to see a doc and s sensei...

the doc say i am lucky enough tat i did not hurt my bone... Then she gave me tons of pain killer and 2 days of mc... haiz.... i don noe y the mc is jus 2 days... DAMN IT... LOL...

Then after the trip to the polyclinic, my dad accompany me to china town to find Mr. Sam cos i can not walk properly on my own... i will recommand ppl go to his shop if u r injured... *touch wood*

although it cost me 80 bucks for one hour, i can walk better after his treatment... He say tat i have twisted my lignment and it will take 2 weeks to recover... But he say if i wan to play bball again, i have to wait for a month... Well, he recommand me when i recover, go do some walking, jogging or swimming in order to improve the conidition...

the day tat i injured my knee is seriously the most bad day i ever have...
My prac test i got a D and the lect say tat my paper is badly done...
when i thought it's been a day of sadness, i went to play bball with my bro and the unfortunate happened... AHHHHHH!!!!

And now after 3 days, i am able to walk on my own and my knee start to feel better again... Now, Back to the SI test... Gotten to study... Good luck everyone...

finally tmr is the weekend which mean i meeting my sec sch dudes... hope tmr will not rain... Anyway there is a movie my polymates been discussing and i tink u guys shd know liao... The movie is cape no.7 (海角七號)...
hopefully i will be watching it tmr with my sec sch guys and according to jie hui and ivan, the movie is super nice and they will likely to watch it again if there is a chance... After tmr, it will be back to the proj ppt... Haiz...

good god, i am seriously deep sleeper man... i went to bed last night at 10pm then i wake up at 8am... i don even feel the sleeping process man... haiz...

today was a completely tiring day and we have news saying monday is the Presentation!!!
Holy shit... my report even the cover page is done yet... God Help me pls...
today lesson i was surfing the internet and listening to my MP3 for the whole day...
after tat boring lesson, we went down to play bball and yes! i am the one who bring the ball again... sian...
play a couple of game with some strangers then yong's frens came... i got to admit i pretty lazy to play today... somemore the weather was really HOT!!
i got to study my test for thurs man... i hope everyone will passed this one...

Alright, first of all i want to say sorry to my Marvel team for not playing ball tis morning specially to Cpt. Chicken... I seriously wake up at 830am but i went back to sleep as i wan 15 mins more... Unknown to myself, when i wake up it was 1130am... O.O
i know... it like wtf... Sorry dude...
Well nas called me jus now as he jus left a lady's house who he pick up at club last nite... Dude seriously, GET A YOUNGER ONE PLS... lol... we actually planned to play ball tonight but hell no, the sky was FREAKING dark...
maybe next time... And i wanna to head to the beach during the term break...
It's been a while... Volleyball, sunshine, babe, beers and food... Hell miss those things...

Knicks' Richardson and heat's wade is CRAZY today... Richardson shooted 7 3 pts in the game and scoring 34pts overall helping the knicks to win... Wade aka the flash have been wonderful so far... he helped the heats to win over pacers with his 38 pts and 8 ast... One more thing, SUNS AND ROCKETS WON TODAY... YES!!! The new rockets big three is great today... T-mac with 17pts and Yao leading with 21 pts 13 boards...
Big Daddy Shaq got 19pts and 17 boards for suns today... WOW SHAQ, U are still tat good??? lol... Amare onli able to score 17pts and grab 8 boards but it is enough for trail blazers to handle... GO SUNS AND ROCKETS... HOPE u two will meet at the western final tis season...
